Treat all clients honestly.
Provide information about the property to the Prospective Buyer.
Disclose all latent material defects in the property that are known to her to the Prospective Buyer.
Disclose financial qualifications of the Prospective Buyer to the Seller.
Explain real estate terms.
Help the Prospective Buyer to arrange for property inspections.
Explain closing costs and procedures.
Help the Prospective Buyer compare financing alternatives.
Provide information about comparable properties that have sold so both clients (Buyer and Seller) may make educated decisions on what price to offer or accept.

Arrow Real Estate cannot and will not:
Provide confidential information that she may know about the client (either Buyer or Seller) without the client's permission.
Disclose the price the Seller will take other than the listing price without permission of the Seller.
Disclose the price the Buyer is willing to pay without permission of the Buyer.
Recommend or suggest a price the Buyer should offer.
Recommend or suggest a price the Seller should counter with or accept.
